- Prepare polyurethane mold by applying release agent and allowing it to dry for 10 minutes before pouring the casting
- No release agent required for silicone molds
- Apply in-mold paint like CilCoat after the release agent dries
- Measure equal amounts of curative and prepolymer in two containers of equal size; use another container for filler or powder if desired
- Use a plastic or metal utensil to mix the resin and pour slowly to release air bubbles
- Allow casting to set for 8-15 minutes before demolding and curing for at least 30 minutes for best results
