Best way we suggest to do is you actually measure your child, or measure the clothes that your child usually wears and compare. If you are really uncertain which size you should go for, we recommend that you pick one size bigger. Children will grow into it eventually for they grow really fast. 100size = 2T, 110size = 4-5T, 120size = 6, 130size = 6X/7, 140size = 8X/9. Thank you.
