- Two criminal masterminds find themselves in an escalating turf war in the dark comedy Thick as Thieves starring Alec Baldwin, Michael Jai White and Rebecca de Mornay. Mackin (Baldwin) is a shrewd career thief who picks his jobs cautiously and then retires to relative privacy with his jazz records and his dog. Pointy (White) is a young gangster with ambitions to climb up the social ladder. When Pointy sets up Mackin for a fall, revenge becomes the name of the game for both men and their associates. Only one female cop (De Mornay) has the power to stop the bloodshed in this wry, witty and suspenseful movie that's all about payback.
