The Microsoft mouse B07p9fb66b has been met with mixed reception from customers. Users have praised its functionality, including the ability to switch between up to 3 PCs and its smooth scroll wheel. The device is also relatively ergonomic and has a desktop app with lots of customisation options. However, several customers have had issues with the quality and finish of the product. The rubber on the sides of the mouse has peeled after just a few months, and the top and sides stain and turn yellow easily. Some reviewers also mention lag and issues with the cursor jumping to the bottom right of the screen. In addition, one user reports that the charging cable has turned yellow near the Micro USB port due to the heat. One customer advises others to avoid the product, stating that the rubber becomes sticky and makes use unpleasant. Another user states that the entire rubber has started peeling off after just 2.5 years of use. Lastly, a customer states that Microsoft's product support is zero.
