Users can also locally save the settings using the desktop application. The XR12 is priced reasonably and can be a great tool for small music events, especially for karaoke. However, some customers had issues with connectivity, particularly with Mac devices, and others had technical problems such as the beta firmware and an unreliable configuration. The customer service experience was also criticised for being unresponsive, particularly when the device was reported faulty.
