- How Does the MagicSeal Spray Work? The MagicSeal Spray enhances the durability, washability and hand-feel of your printed designs on apparel with a simple, professional three-step process: Step 1: Image Printing & Transferring - Perform your standard printing and image transfer process Step 2: Apply Liquid MagicSeal - Spray the MagicSeal evenly onto the printed image from about 10 inches away. Use 2-3 sprays for letter-sized prints (1-2 sprays for smaller images). Step 3: Second Press - Heat press the apparel again for 15 seconds using a Teflon protective sheet to seal the design and enhance durability.

- The improvement in hand feel may be less noticeable if you are already optimizing your RIP/rasterization settings, white ink management, and using high-quality consumables—all of which contribute to improved hand feel. The enhancement from MagicSeal is incremental; if you are not optimizing these other factors and only use MagicSeal, the improvement will be more pronounced. If everything else is already optimized, MagicSeal will still provide a noticeable improvement, albeit to a lesser extent.
- The Magic Seal Spray has been tested and works great with DTF, White Toner Transfers, DTG and Vinyl / Eco solvent.
- WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use protective equipment when working with DTF products and processes. UNINET highly recommends the use of a fume extractor to handle the fumes caused by TPU adhesive powder curing. Bodily protection, including the use of PPE equipment such as a full body covering, a respirator / N95 mask, goggles and gloves are recommended to protect against TPU adhesive powder (prior to curing) that may become airborne due to handling. Inhalation of TPU adhesive powder or fumes may be hazardous to your health. The use of DTF equipment, chemicals, powders, inks and all accessories are at the sole risk of the user.
- DTF equipment is intended for use in a commercial environment. UNINET does not recommend the use of DTF equipment in a residential, or in-home setting. DTF inks and film require a good humidity environment - over 50% humidity is highly recommended to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
