- Kantriegel finden sich an Standflügeln von Doppelflügeltüren, um diese oben und unten zu verriegeln. Sie sind in die Tür-/Fensterkante eingelassen, so dass sie nur bei geöffneten Element zu sehen und zu betätigen sind. Der untere Kantriegel fährt beim Verriegeln einen Riegelschuh heraus, welcher dann in eine Öffnung des zugehörigen Bodenschließbleches hineinragt. Der obere Kantriegel fährt seinen Riegelschuh in ein Schließblech, welches oben in die Türzarge eingelassen ist.
