trả lời: It is not telescopic. It does arrive for a bit of self assembly which entails putting together 3 pieces of the pole, but once in place I don't think you can remove any piece. At least I didn't have any success. -

trả lời: You have to pull the water container out and the screw cap is face down inside. Fill it up then put cap back on and push back in. Mine is quite hard to pull out as its slippy and nothing to grab hold of. -
